If you are unhappy with a CD/DVD product we will gladly refund you or swap you title within 30 days of invoice date. For courses that have been downloaded or subscribed to (all digital courses), we are unable to offer any refunds.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all CDs, packaging and boxes must be in a like-new condition.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
This will be provided by us and this must be visible on the outside of the package.

Products returned that have been opened may be subject to a 25% re-stocking surcharge.
Shipping can not be refunded for products that have been incorrectly ordered.
We will always replace faulty products at no cost to the customer. In this case, please to verify the product is faulty and then we will issue a replacement straight away.
Marrutt Software Training Limited reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the product has been opened or viewed.
